In this hands-on 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn to make Biang Biang noodles from scratch — kneading, resting, stretching, and pulling the dough the traditional way. Along the way, we’ll share the stories and techniques that give these noodles their distinctive texture. All materials are provided, including red oil and the traditional 13-spice blend. While the dough rests, enjoy a Chinese Kung Fu tea demonstration and tasting featuring Oolong and Green teas.
