2. Are the ingredients imported or locally sourced?
Our premium key ingredients are imported solely by us or procured from trusted local partners under strict quality standards. Every ingredient is chosen for authenticity, flavour, and traceability, reflecting our commitment to craftsmanship.
3. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed via our official website or directly at our restaurant outlets. Online ordering allows you to select items, customise flavours, and choose delivery or pickup.
4. What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash on delivery (where applicable). Online payments are processed via secure payment gateways, and no full card details are stored on our systems.
5. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on location, traffic, and order volume. Estimated times are displayed during checkout but may occasionally be longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend tracking your order via our app or website for updates.
6. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds are issued in cases of wrong items, missing items, or quality issues, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours. Cancellations are accepted before the order enters preparation. 10. Taiwan Maami Loyalty Programme
10.1 How does the loyalty programme work?
For every Rs.450 spent, you receive 1 stamp. Collect 10 stamps and you can redeem a free product of available choices.
10.2 Are there different types of stamps?
Yes, there are physical stamps (collected on a card in-store) and virtual stamps (collected online via your account).
10.3 Can I combine physical and virtual stamps?
No. Physical and virtual stamps are not interchangeable and cannot be combined.
10.4 How does it work when I purchase on the website?
Every Rs.450 spent online earns 1 virtual stamp. Once you collect 10 virtual stamps, a free product of available choices will be automatically applied by the system.
10.5 How does it work in-store?
If you order online and pick up in-store, your virtual stamps can still be used. If you pay directly at the store till, you can only collect physical stamps.
10.6 Who reserves the rights to the loyalty programme?
Thamarai reserves all rights regarding the programme, including changes, updates, or modifications.
